It will use for  ironing sheet to protect the ink and is heat pressed with small pressure  home iron for 30 seconds, at 350°F.  After Complete the iron process removed the sheet or cold it. This product can be hand ironed. It prints Paper we are known as – Heat transfer paper (Jet OPAQUE) in the market. You can buy from computer market or printing shop also.
